The navigation is clear .Information is organised  into the right catagory.Webpage keep to a few color,and is used consistently over the site.The latest update is at the homepage ,this allow customer to be updated about the lastest news when they enter the site.

What are the bad attributes of the site?

This fashion lack of emphasize.The heading ‘THIS FASHION”only stand our from the rest of the word in the webpage.Subheading of navigation button like “service , outlets ,thiscard,gift voucher,contact us ” should be emphazised,to hightlight for the people browsing the webpage.

The color used for the navigation button word  does not contrast well with the background.Color use for the font is too light ,which create difficulties for us to read,hence we might not get the information given.

As this fashion is a clothing store that sell fashion for all ages.There should be different section for different age group,and gender.This will keep the website organised and more convience for user of webpage.

The webpage should have more interactive element.

1.What is Browser-Safe Color Palette / Web-Safe Colors?

Browser-Safe Palette is used by  browsers ,it have a range of colour that is  generated by digit and not of visual insightfulness.It is represent by Hex triplet a six-digit,a three-byte hexadecimal number used inHTML, CSS, SVG,and other computing applications.For example,the colour “red” is represent by a Hexadecimal ” #FF0000″

This code is use in the HTML ,so they will be recognise and appear on the webpage.

It is a list of colour that will be recognise and appear in all kind of browser,which mean they are safe to use.Palette are  organized by hue  or value.22 of the 216 colors in the web-safe palette are reliably displayed without inconsistent remapping on 16-bit computer displays.They are the really-safe colour,which it consists mainly of shades of green and yellow.

This websafe palette is  useful for flat-color style illustrations, logos, and large areas of flat color ,should not be used to remap color photographs.

2.Is it still relevant in today�s context? Why?

I think it is essential .The palette will ensure that all  browser will recognise and display the colour accurately,so that the colour in webpage will be consistant  through different browser.And will be a helpful to design a webpage for colourblind user.

3.What are the common fonts face found on PC & Mac?

Arial,Verdana,Times ,Times New Roman,Garamond ,arial, helvetica, sans-serif.

4.What is page loading time and how it influence your
design?

Page loading time define the  duration of time for a webpage to fully load up  from the time we enter the site.

The load time will affect the page quality. Adding width and height tags to images will allow the web browser to load more effiicently . If the browser knows the width and height, it can go right on past the image and let it load in the background while it renders the rest of the page. Reducing  web feature like widgets will shrine page loading time too.

If we want to shrink the page loading time we might also need to use a different domain for cookie-free resources .

I think that Web design process is about organizing ,planning  a big bunch of information under many factors.I think that Good design that serves all users with a minimal reliance on browser specific technologies would be good advice.

There are many different kind of design pattern .Web are design based on who is the target audience .To me a design Pattern can be defined as a repeatable solution to a commonly-occurring usability problem.website desiging process is important as it will have a definite impact on a user’s “happiness”

I think  happy browsing experience is the largest factor in a web design process.

An open-minded approach is key to each design process,it will  underpinned through a process of research which will then help us shape and define our ideas.Futhermore ,web design process is  about human-computer interaction, the design and the evaluation of interactive systems for human usability and analyzing the contexts of these usages.

Design process will consist a mix of computer science, psychology and design, concerning everything connected with interactive interfaces.This are factor that effect the overall web design.

Finally ,after reading finish the article ,i think that we need to collaborate and work with different people during a design work flow.And most importantly ,to stay creative in the design process to create more interactive and new happy browsing experience for more user.
